Project description

The main objective of the Fin-Tech project is to facilitate forward-looking research on technologies for software and systems in the Financial services area with a specific focus in the Banking, Brokerage, and Asset management sectors. The proposed project is a Study aimed at identifying open problems for further research and deriving an R & D roadmap, establishing a shared vision and supporting the correct adoption of enabling technologies supporting robustness, scalability and versatility of systems for the Financial services/ Banking sector though the systematic exchange of information among business experts, technology providers and academics. Project progress will be assessed and results (supported and validated by user feedback) will be suitably "packaged" for dissemination in wider Financial services / Banking, ICT and Academic communities.
